The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. ph959 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.
All deposited funds must originate from a payment account held in the name of the registered ph959 account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph959's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph959 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Users access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.
ph959 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a User account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed; (c) regulatory or legal obligations require account action; or (d) continued account operation presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or its users. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, account balances may be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited.
Users may close their ph959 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any remaining verified balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to the User's registered payment method within five (5) business days of the closure request. Pending wagering requirements on bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Users agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting ph959 support. ph959 will use reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
ph959 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file and/or by displaying a notice on the Platform.
